We are looking for Independent DEA’s and HI’s to join us in your area.

 

You will not be one of thousands of names on yet another panel but part of a regional team able to promote yourself and the partnership locally with the help of professional marketing material whilst taking advantage of national advertising and sales campaigns.

 

The DEA will earn £100.00 for the EPC and earn commission on any new business that you bring in.  You will also take a share in the profits at year end.  In addition there are other add on services which can further increase your earning potential,

Q.        Is The HIP Net just another Panel?

A.        No, we are not a panel but a true partnership of HIP provider and DEA.  We want to work with DEA’s who want to work.  If you want to sit at home and wait for the work to flow in. Please stay there and don’t apply to us, there are plenty of panels who will pay you £45.00 for the EPC.  

 

Q.        Will The HIP Net supply all the work?

A.        The HIP Net have a national sales campaign and advertising campaign which will focus on the larger clients and work from that source will be available to our DEA partners.  However we will expect our partners to use the contacts already made and sell the Home Information Pack service locally.  The nationally work then will be offered to those who are seen to be working.

 

Q.        I am not a salesman what help can I get from The HIP Net?

A.        We have produced a pack of marketing material which can be labelled with your name/logo in addition to ours.  We will send out a small supply of these at the start of our partnership to get you started.  In addition if you have a larger potential client and need help closing the deal we will be happy to accompany you to a meeting.    

 

Q.                If I sign up clients will I be guaranteed the EPC work?

A.        YES, our system will have your name as the preferred suppler and the EPC will always be offered to you.  Only if you are unable to take the job will it be offered to another DEA.

 

Q.        If I sign up a HIP client will I be paid a commission?

A.        Yes, in addition to the £100.00 EPC fee, we pay you £250.00 after the first 12 HIP’s ordered

 

Q.        How will the profit sharing scheme work?

A.        At the end of each financial year (January) 50% of the profits will be shared. The share will equate to the number of EPC’s/HIP’s each person has done.

 

Q.        I can supply a HIP myself.  -  What is the advantage to me of a partnership with The HIP Net?

A.        Whilst small clients like the idea of a local contact they want the advantages of a large group and the service they can offer.  For example; on line ordering, payment by credit card, central point of contact,  payment and invoicing systems. The cost of setting up these systems can run in to many thousands of pounds.  Time and effort in compiling all necessary documents and ensuring the client is kept fully informed.  

 

Q.        What’s different about The HIP Net - Home Information Pack?

A.        Home Information Packs were brought in to speed up the home buying process. Unfortunately solicitors are unhappy taking a personal search and insist on a full search.  The HIP Net produces a full search first thus all the information is in place once a offer is made and the process is much quicker. 

 

Q.        How long will the HIP take?

A.        We have made a point to work very closely with the local authorities and whilst some take longer than others we work to turn around an order in less than one week.

 

Q.        How is the HIP delivered?

A.        The choice is yours (or the client) On-line, on disk, email, Bound colour Hard Copy

 

Q.        Will the DEA partners have an input into the running of The HIP Net?

A.        Yes we will start regular regional partner meetings where you will have an opportunity to meet fellow DEA’s and discuss the business.  Ideas to improve our business model will be taken seriously and if appropriate implemented nationally.
